Workout Schedule

Workouts are held Monday, Wednesday, and Friday during selected seasons of the year, with additional weekly workouts for advanced runners during selected seasons.  Specific timing for the workouts depends on the season.

For the winter season (November 2018 – February 2019), the workout schedule will be:

  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday
    • Time:
      • Regular workout time: 5:00-6:15 pm
      • Advanced runners: May start prior to 5 pm for extra mileage.  Contact Coach TJ at practice to discuss.
    • Location:
      • Monday and Friday: Track at Western Washington University
      • Wednesday: Entrance to Bellingham’s Civic Stadium
  • Additional workouts for advanced runners (tentative)
    • Tuesday afternoon, Saturday and/or Sunday morning.  Contact Coach TJ at practice to discuss.
