Workout Schedule

Workouts are held Monday, Wednesday, and Friday during selected seasons of the year.  Specific timing for the workouts depends on the season.

The summer season begins on June 10, 2019.  The workouts will be on MWF evenings.  See the workout schedule below for the details regarding the times and locations of the workouts for our summer season:
