Workout Schedule

Workouts are held Monday, Wednesday, and Friday throughout the year, with additional weekly workouts for advanced runners during selected seasons.  Specific timing for the workouts depends on the season.

For the spring season (February 26, 2018 – June 2018), the workout schedule is:

  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday
    • Regular workout time: 5:15-6:30 pm
  • Additional workouts for advanced runners (tentative)
    • Tuesday afternoon, Saturday and/or Sunday morning.  Members may check with coach for details or contact .
