Workout Schedule

Workouts are held Monday, Wednesday, and Friday during selected seasons of the year, with additional weekly workouts for advanced runners during selected seasons.  Specific timing for the workouts depends on the season.

Note: During the spring season (April 2019 – early June 2019), the club will not hold regular workouts, as most of our team members are working out with their school teams.   Raptors workouts will start again in June.  We look forward to seeing you in June!

For those who are interested in getting a sense of a typical practice schedule, provided below was the workout schedule for the winter season (November 2018 – March 2019):

  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday
    • Time:
      • Regular workout time: 5:00-6:15 pm
      • Advanced runners: May start prior to 5 pm for extra mileage.  Contact Coach TJ at practice to discuss.
    • Location:
      • Monday and Friday: Track at Western Washington University
      • Wednesday: Entrance to Bellingham’s Civic Stadium
