Workout Schedule

Workouts are held Monday, Wednesday, and Friday during selected seasons of the year, with additional weekly workouts for advanced runners during selected seasons.  Specific timing for the workouts depends on the season.  (Note: The club will not be holding organized workouts during September through late-October 2018.  However, workouts will resume in late October.)  

For the summer season (June – August 2018), the workout schedule was:

  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday
    • Regular workout time: 5:15-6:30 pm
    • Advanced runners: Start at 4:45 pm
    • Note: Selected Monday workouts will be conducted as part of the Bellingham All Comers Track Meets
  • Additional workouts for advanced runners (tentative)
    • Tuesday afternoon, Saturday and/or Sunday morning.  Members may check with coach for details or contact .
